Gryphon Watersports , based in Cannock, Staffordshire, is the home of Gryphon Drysuits, the only truly 'tailor made' drysuit in the UK. Thirty years of delivering quality suits and customer care have seen Gryphon Drysuits become the supplier of choice amongst both the diving and waterskiing industries. Simple but effective design, durability and reasonable pricing are all part of our service. Each Gryphon Drysuit is hand made on site at Gryphon Watersports in the West Midlands, and is produced to high quality specifications.

Gryphon Watersports is also a PADI 5 star IDC centre, offering all PADI dive courses from novice (Open Water Diver) to advanced (instructor). You'll be able to learn to dive at various locations, including Stafford, Telford, Cannock, Stoke-on-Trent and Wolverhampton, where our friendly and highly qualified team will instruct and support you. Our dive school prides itself on its one-to-one cover which enhances the quality of training delivered every time as proven with over ten years of experience.

Gryphon Watersports was the first centre licenced to instruct on the Poseidon Cis-lunar MK VI Rebreather, the World's first fully automated recreational Rebreather system. The groundbreaking Cis-lunar MK VI will allow you to safely dive for much longer than the traditional Scuba diving systems. Available now to everyone from novices to the most experienced of divers, the Cis-lunar MK VI will give everyone the opportunity to experience diving without bubbles!

Gryphon Watersports also offers on site regulator servicing, cylinder testing, air fills and all drysuit repairs, at the shop on the A5 , next to junction 12 M6 towards Cannock. We are IDEST approvel pending with four technicians on site, and are specialists in servicing Poseidon and Apex regulators. check the price's they are set as standard for first stage second and octo and the price is good.

Cis-Lunar

Having been reserved for deep diving enthusiasts and military divers in the past Poseidon is now bringing Rebreathers to the sports diving market.

With the fully automatic Mk VI Discovery you will experience a new way of diving, safe, quiet and almost as long as you want. The advanced control system takes care of the rest. It is like a modern car, electronics handle brakes, stabilizing systems and all other gizmos to make driving safer.

The innovative Mk VI Discovery (Cis-Lunar) is just like that. Using state of the art electronics and sensor technology it is designed to provide the sports diver with all the benefits of rebreathers without the current drawbacks.

Safer diving with less risk of decompression sickness, no bubbles and quieter to allow you to experience the marine life up close and longer dives meaning never having to ascend before your buddies again. Diving the Discovery is truly a unique experience. A new and different way of diving.

At Gryphon we are able to teach all customers with varying skill levels to dive on the new Poseidon Cis-Lunar. Courses can start at Open Water to Instructor Trainer using the RAID system.
